I don't make candy often but when I do I do not like problems. I really like this mold when I used it for hard sugar candy. It stood up to the hot sugar syrup and when cooled the candies popped right out.

Very good. Took me getting use to because it felt strange o put a rubber thing in the oven but it works.

Great for making Raw Chocolates

I learned to make raw chocolates and needed a mold to make them look nice. This works great - I put it in the freezer and once they are set, I can just pop them out. Everyone got homemade raw chocolates for Christmas!
