Hard to fill

The mold is too shallow to fill. The pretzel rod sticks out so much in the back that you have to poor a mound of chocolate over the back, messy. I have used much better molds.

No, this isn't as deep as some of the other pretzel molds, but it's workable. All you do is drizzle some more chocolate on the back, or partially cover the pretzel in chocolate before molding. The end result is so worth it! The shoes are also much bigger looking in person which is a plus! After unmolding, use a soft paintbrush and cover it with pearl dust...it'll be just as shiny as real pointe shoes!
