I have owned these molds for three years now. They work OK. I have probably molded 300+ crosses. The trick is to get the molds cold (50 degrees or colder). Then the crosses pop right out.Only problem I have is with the chocolate changing. When freshly melted, the chocolate flows easily. After a few molds the chocolate starts to stiffen up in the double boiler.One thing I would change. When filled with hot chocolate, the molds, when set on a level surface, tip a bit toward the top of the mold. The chocolate flows toward the top of the cross. I take milk jug tops to set under the lip to level them off. It would be nice if the molds had levelers built into the plastic.
