Each sand dollar piece is 17/8-inch by 17/8-inch by -1/4-inch with 5 cavities per mold. This mold makes approximately 35 pieces per pound of chocolate. This mold can be used with our pencil pops and 4-1/2-inch sucker sticks. Do not use for hard candy or other hot ingredients.

I liked the idea for this mold, but the "star" design on the front of the sand dollar did not show up on 4/5 of the pops. I could see it in the mold design but the grooves were not pronounced enough and they ended up just looking flat. All of the other beach designs I used were great though!
